  1. Today is my 1st day on the 2week preop diet. I still have the 1 meal left to have, but I'm feeling pretty good. Can I still go to the gym during this phase??
  2. Guys, I work for a medical device manufacturing company and we make a male external catheter. I'm going to ask my surgeon if they can use that one for me. It's worth asking!! Male external catheter goes on like a condom.(much better than the alternative)
  3. I'm on my fitness pal and love it! I'm dmclark77 on there. Send me a friend request everybody.
  4. Yes!! Ate moderately, but did eat whatever I wanted this weekend. I go for my upper GI & blood work tomorrow so I can't have anything but clear liquids @ 5.(10 mins) and I hadn't had dinner yet. Had to see my Dr for 3months to get insurance taken care of. I lost 20lbs doing that. Ready for the change though.
  5. Mine is scheduled for the 22nd. 2 Protein drinks, 64oz water, and 1 lean cuisine a day starting on Tuesday for 7 days. Last 7 days 4 protein drinks and water only. Already lost 20 lbs in 3 months of doctor visits. Waiting to see how much will be lost in these next 2 before surgery.
