best way to explain ... :+(
I had the same feeling when I ate at the 1month out part. I also wondered why did I do this because of those terrible feelings. Trust me it will pass. You feel good right now and think you can eat solids well, but its just not time right now. Take it slow and let you body heal. I was sleeved on 1/22/13. I can eat anything I want now, but nowhere near half what I could once eat. Lost 82lbs right now and I'm 50 from my goal. Hang in there, you're doing great!

Supplements
I know everyone has certain vitamins to take daily post op, hut does anyone take any supplements to enhance your workouts? I take yohimbe before workouts. I'm wondering if anyone is taking a fat shredder and can give me some advice on what to take.

- January 2013 Sleevers?
Update: Sleeved on 1/22/13 1st doctor visit weight-380 surgery weight-360 Current weight 3/16/13-310 Things are going well, but I'm starting to lose my appetite again just like after surgery. Anyone else feel the same? What can I do? Not eating means stalls in my weight loss.- Protein shakes
Try isopure. Lots of flavors, not a chalky shake, and 40 grams protein per bottle. Pricy though...- January 2013 Sleevers?
I'm progressing well. Still can't eat even half of what I once ate. I find myself needing to take a walk when I get that food in my throat feeling, that keeps me from hurling. My high weight was 380, surgery weight was 360, I'm now 316! Can't weight to be under 300. I think I'm past the 1st stall stage and losing at a better rate. Best decision I've made in years!- January 2013 Sleevers?
Good to see some more men on here posting. I was beginning to think that I was the only man from the Jan'13 sleevers that talked about it, LOL!- Before/After Pics for Motivation

I just hit my 5th week post op. Looking great feeling even better! However, the past 2 weeks I'm only down 2 lbs and I'm eating soups, waters, and diet v8 splash at a rate of less than 500 cals a day. I don't understand it??? Is it because I've slipped on my proteins??? Someone help me out please...- Any Tennessee Sleevers Out There?
