Hi all! I was sleeved on 12/18/12 and I am down 49 lbs. I am looking for a good food plan that is really spelled out. Some meals I can eat fairly well and then others I take 3 bites and it feels stuck. I know to eat small bites and chew it well, but I want a meal that is comfortable to swallow. Any suggestions???
Someone posted an article about eating spinach and fish 2X a day. I can't find it and I want to know the amounts. They said they put them in 4oz. rubbermaisd containers. If you are out there or you read it please post it again. Thanx!
Sleeved 12/18, lost 30 lbs., but stalled a little. Today I followed directions completely, so we'll see tomorrow. I am drinking water, but a only pee once a day. I know this isn't enough, any suggestions?
I am having the same problem. I have lost 30 lbs., I still take one of my meds, duetact, and my readings are 160 to 170 . Before surgery they were always 95 to 105. This is one of the main reasons I did the surgery. I guess I better cal my regular dr. I hope we get straightened out!!
