  3. Hi all! I was sleeved on 12/18/12 and I am down 49 lbs. I am looking for a good food plan that is really spelled out. Some meals I can eat fairly well and then others I take 3 bites and it feels stuck. I know to eat small bites and chew it well, but I want a meal that is comfortable to swallow. Any suggestions???
  4. Someone posted an article about eating spinach and fish 2X a day. I can't find it and I want to know the amounts. They said they put them in 4oz. rubbermaisd containers. If you are out there or you read it please post it again. Thanx!
  5. Who wrote about half spinach and half fish? I want to read it again and I can't find it. Thanks

  10. I am having the same problem. I have lost 30 lbs., I still take one of my meds, duetact, and my readings are 160 to 170 . Before surgery they were always 95 to 105. This is one of the main reasons I did the surgery. I guess I better cal my regular dr. I hope we get straightened out!!
