  1. I started drinking too soon and it's a lot of extra calories. I think it's what has slowed my weightloss.
  2. I was sleeved on Dec. 17 and I didn't follow the post op diet. I wish I did. My weight loss has been slow.. I can eat pretty much anything, but I stay away from carbs. I had a death in my family shortly after my surgery, not to mention Christmas and new years. I have only lost 12 lbs post op. I need to smarten up.
  3. I was sleeved 4 weeks ago and I'm only down 8lbs post op. I do drink wine on weekends and I'm wondering if that';s what's slowing me down. I'm eating regular food and mostly protien and keeping it from 600-800 cals per day. I feel hungry though. I started eating too soon, but not overdoing it. Maybe I need to eat more?
  4. I'm 3.5 weeks post op and I still get hungry all the time. I wondering when will the hunger and cravings go away??? I'm losing very slowly.
  5. I have to be honest. I ate solids almost immediately after leaving the hospital. Not a lot. Just a few bites of protien with my clear soup. I also had watered down shakes. I'm 10 days post op, and eating salmon, chewing very well, soft cheese, protien shakes, soup and even had a couple of glasses of wine. No ill affects. I'm keeping in my 600-800 calories a day, but I cant stand liquid anymore. My biggest concern is stretching my stomach so absolutley no carbs, carbonation or gassy food that can stretch my pouch. I don't get all the hype about liquid for so long. What's the point?
