I have my surgery Thursday also.

Can anybody help me with a market list. On what to buy to eat after surgery. I'll have my surgery on may 9th so any ideas will help. Thanks

Thanks for your response I want to be about 135/140 would be great for me.

I will be having my surgery May 9th and my starting weight is 208 and I'm 5' feet tall. So I'm looking for someone that was around this size before surgery. Iam just curious to how small I might get if anybody can help thanks!

You will be fine don't let other people control your happiness. Like that saying goes misery loves company everybody's just hating because they know your gonna look good after your surgery. And your confidence is gonna go through the roof. So just be happy and remember this is your time to focus on you.

Just make sure you don't miss any classes. Because one of the girls in my class did and now she has to wait till may to make it up then move forward. So I'm not sure how soon you want your surgery but that just might make it take a little longer.

The email I recieved today said that my chart was being sent for approval clearance. I'm sure it's just to see if your ready and have done all your labs. And to see if they want you to lose more weight before surgery.

Hi, I just finished my options classes yesterday. They are very informative. I just got an email today that my chart was sent for approval and I should have an answer in about a week. So excited and nervous. What kaiser do go to?
