My advice expect the worse and hope for the best ! I've had 2 c sections and I would compare it pretty much close to that . The worst pain is the gas pains ! Nothing u can't bear ! U can do it ! Good luck to you I'm sure you will do fine !! Just remember its all worth it !! Beauty is pain

Sorry to be blunt but ever since I had my surgery i lost my ass and girls if u know what I mean? How in the world do you get used to this ? I always had a problem with a big behind!!!! Now every pants I get I'm sagging !!!!! Frustrating !!!

January 5 th starting weight 201 down to 168... 32 lbs. Im a slow loser too , I think because my bmi was low to begin with . I'm in no hurry

That was the same case here !!! I would shake the bed kicking my legs like someone was suffocating me ! I still snore but a mild case now , I'm hoping in time it will all go away

When I eat I can barely eat a couple bites because I get full. Then I go d myself hungry a couple hrs later. It's easier to eat 6 small healthy meals .

Isn't there a certain kind that doesn't make u hungry ?

My best friend is doing her Options classes through Kaiser in So Cal. Requirements are to lose 21 pounds. She has lost 6 pounds and has a about a month left for her last weigh in. Has anyone gone through this process? We are scared that they will deny her if all the weight has not been lost!!! Advice needed, help please
