  2. I'm doing good! I am starting to introduce some new things in my diet, sometimes those things don't sit so well in my tummy. When that happens i tough it out for a good hour or so and go back to my liquids. Although i usually start my day with a protein shake anyway just to make sure i get all my protein in. I find it difficult to eat all of it. I always end up drinking about half of it if not more
  3. How far out are you? Sometimes if i dont think im gonna get all my protein in ill go back to my shakes. I find it helps me keep my protein in check.
  4. Nice! I also put my video update on youtube also! I am currently on my 5th week and actually, i need to make another video! Lol. Ill subscribe to you!
  5. Yes you are smaller! Congrats!
  6. I am wondering about the absorption of proteins. I wanna know; if i drink my protein shakes, which are protein isolate based. And later i eat a serving of chilli in which, the can says it has 14 grams of protein, does that protein absorb the same as the protein isolate?
