First Youtube Video! ...total NSV!
I'm doing good! I am starting to introduce some new things in my diet, sometimes those things don't sit so well in my tummy. When that happens i tough it out for a good hour or so and go back to my liquids. Although i usually start my day with a protein shake anyway just to make sure i get all my protein in. I find it difficult to eat all of it. I always end up drinking about half of it if not more

Yes you are smaller! Congrats!- protein!
I am wondering about the absorption of proteins. I wanna know; if i drink my protein shakes, which are protein isolate based. And later i eat a serving of chilli in which, the can says it has 14 grams of protein, does that protein absorb the same as the protein isolate?- smoked salmon
Is smoked salmon a good choice for a snack for us sleevers???- itchy rash-like annoyance...?
Thanks yall!- itchy rash-like annoyance...?
Next teusday i will be 2 weeks post op! I am looking forward to seeing my surgeon because i think im doing great! It has not been as hard as i thought it was gonna be. The one weird thing im experiencing is that im getting a little bit of a rash on my belly. Not on my incisions but on the "spare tire" portion of my belly. Has anybody else experienced this- Sleeved 12/3/12
