  4. I am having similar issues... how many calories are you consuming? I am 600-800 ... a dietitian told me that's not enough and my body is probably hanging onto fat because it's in starvation mode. I am getting so confused and discouraged
  5. If it's any consolation I feel the exact same way as you do. I am 13 days out... feeling great physically, doing the work, but I have lost nothing since I got home from the hospital... not what I was expecting, I am disappointing and worried this was all for not. They (everyone) keeps telling me it's because I had a low BMI. But I went through this/self paid, and truly expected some more substantial results.

  7. Sleeved 12/28 - BMI 30 .... I am doing everything as instructed. I feel great, nothing makes me queasy ... But my weight has basically stayed the same since I got home a week+ ago. I am ingesting 60 grams of protein/ 650-700 calories / walked 3 miles yesterday. But no change on scale. I am starting to panic that this is not going to work for me for. It has to work.... right? ugh
