  1. I'm down 24 sounds as of yesterday. Drinking fluids fine, will make some deviled eggs this weekend. Looking forward to applesauce and soy milk. How are all of you doing???? Weight, pain, what foods you like?
  2. I completely agree with Castiel and Jen! We got to keep focusing on the results from the decision we made.
  3. Thank you fallenangel! No, it's not extreme because I feel the exact same way you do. I can't believe the frustration and anger that started to build up inside me. I knew this was a huge and permanent change and now that it's done it's just taking me a little longer to wrap my brain around it.
  4. I've been drinking my protein shakes, water, crystal light, sf popsicles and soups. I'm so sick of it! All of these food commercials and holiday parties, I'm so over it. I'm about to lose my freaking mind!!!!! Please help me with some kind words of encouragement that this phase will pass!
  5. I was sleeved on 12/12. Its been a little rough mentally (head hungry and cravings) and the gas was painful for the first few days. My prescription pills are getting easier to swallow. I've lost 20 pounds so far.
  6. I'm 35, struggling to get my energy back before going back to the gym, but in the meantime I want to tighten my arms to get rid of my batwings. Please help!
  7. Please keep me posted on your progress.
  8. Good to know there's light at the end of the tunnel!
  9. Thank you Sannah and Ms. Cali. I was sleeved on 12/12. I know everyone is different but I just wanted to a idea of what others were going through. If it wasn't for percocet, Idk how I could deal with it. I just gotta remind myself I can't rush the healing process.
  10. How long does it take for abdominal pain to end?
  11. Lol! Yeah I was trying to keep it as light and as least graphic as could.
  12. How long dId it take for everyone to drop their kids off in the pool? Any suggestions to help it come along smoothly????
  13. Yep, that's exactly what it is. You're right pdxman there's no reason for me to refrain from using what is so needed. As this point, I can't sleep without the Percocet.
  14. I had Dr. Umbach too. The medicine ball lasts for 3 days right? When did your abdominal pain finally subside?
  15. Has anyone had any slight bleeding come from that port right after surgery?
