Thank you fallenangel! No, it's not extreme because I feel the exact same way you do. I can't believe the frustration and anger that started to build up inside me. I knew this was a huge and permanent change and now that it's done it's just taking me a little longer to wrap my brain around it.

I've been drinking my protein shakes, water, crystal light, sf popsicles and soups. I'm so sick of it! All of these food commercials and holiday parties, I'm so over it. I'm about to lose my freaking mind!!!!! Please help me with some kind words of encouragement that this phase will pass!

I was sleeved on 12/12. Its been a little rough mentally (head hungry and cravings) and the gas was painful for the first few days. My prescription pills are getting easier to swallow. I've lost 20 pounds so far.
