1. Ok....I can't...well...ok...I'm sorry...never mind. I have no comment *blank stare* Sent from my iPad using VST
2. "only 2 sizes" is WONDERFUL and right on target. Every 20 pounds is one dress size...so you're progress is right where it should be :-)
3. Ima 5'10 and a half...6 months out and down 112 lbs. When I went for my 5 mon check up my doc said I was well ahead of the game...loosing at a fast rate. But I also stick to the dietary guidelines and workout 5 days a week. So I'm not sure if my height has anything to do with it.
4. I just completed my first 5k today!!! Still can't believe I did it :-)
5. Sleeved 11/14 weight 337. Todays weight 225. A total of 112 lbs lost.
6. My only advice is to stop calling it a stall...we aren't going to lose every day or every week. If that was the case we would all lose 365 lbs in a year. I personally don't believe in stalls. Just keep doing what you're suppose to do and the weight will come off. Don't subject yourself to the emotional rollercoaster of numbers on a scale. This is a lifetime marathon ...not a race

8. Not to make it sound so simple...but I've been following the guidelines they gave in the options program to a t. I lost 20 pre op while going through options. I work out 5 days a week. I'm doing my first 5k next friday. The most important thing for me is to log EVERYTHING and get in my protein requirements. If you follow what you learned ...you'll be fine. Just remember its a total lifestyle change.
9. My 6 month surgiversary was may 14th. Down 109 lbs!!! Hw: 337 cw: 228. 33 more lbs to lose. I'm tall so my personal goal is 195.

11. I eat 600 calories a day and work out 5 days a week for an hour (30 min cardio 30 min strength training) I get at least 60 gr of Protein and 64 oz of Water. I steer clear of refined sugars and simple carbs. I've been doing the couch to 5 k running program and ill be running my first 5k next month.

13. Sleeved 11/14 ...finally hit the 100 lbs loss today!!!!!!!!
14. Help! For some reason I ca not get pass week 6 say 2. It's a mile jog (or 10 min) the walk three min...then repeat the mile jog. I don't know why's body feels like its giving out on me during the second 10 min jog. I've been on week six day 2 for over 2 weeks. The irony is that part of week 5 routine was a 20 min jog and I was able to complete it after a couple tries. I tried taking an energy gel , but that didn't work. I usually go the gym right after work(4 pm) . The last meal I've eaten would be lunch (11:30 am) . Should I eat/drink something before the jog?? If so what? And how far ahead?
15. Hey fellow sleevers..I was sleeved 11/14 and down 92 lbs! (20 lost pre op) 8 lbs from a 100 lb loss :-)
16. Hey fellow sleevers! I'm doing great!!! SW:337 CW:247 90 lbs gone forever!!!! 10 lbs from 100 lb loss. I've been training for my first 5k in June . I work out 6 days a week and I'm still consuming no more than 600 calories. I've had ZERO complications and I'm so thankful for this surgery . Went from size 26/28 now in a 14/16. I'm 6ft tall so my "goal weight" is higher compared to others (190)
17. I had my surgery performed by Dr. Fedorka...he was wonderful . Hes also out of the Redlands/ Fontana location
