  1. 14 months out and sometimes I wish my restriction was as good as 7 to 10 months out. There are days that I have to restrict myself. I believe it gets better. Hang in there.
  2. In the beginning, the first 4 months, it was bad. Trouble with food and portions and reflux and bowel movements at inopportune times etc. But then I started getting back to normal. I wondered in the beginning but now, 175+ down and no regrets 15 months out.
  3. I am in a similar situation. I need plastics for everything but mostly irritated by the extra skin on my tummy and thighs. My arms and breasts need help too but that can wait. I am far away from my goal but have my first consult for a panni this friday. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I lost over 175 pounds with 50 more to go. I hope they can help. I will keep you posted.
  4. A friend gave me chocolate covered pretzels that she made herself. I had 2 of them and spent the next few minutes racing to the restroom. What worse yhey are still on mu fridge. I need to toss them but they were very good.
  5. Thanks everyone. New York and Co.? Sounds good to me. I am oddly proportioned, my bottom is much larger, so I am hoping to lose another 50 to get the bottom to a 12 too lol. Right now I am 16/18.
  6. Great. Me too. Its the little things that are soooo big. Awesome!
  7. I was so excited yesterday when I went to the store, Ashley Stewart, and bought a size 12 jacket. I used to be a size 34 and would dream of going to Ashley Stewart but couldnt because they carried sizes 12 thru 28. Imagine the joy of not only getting into the store but having to buy the smallest size. Super excited!!!! NSV
  8. The REAL in REALity sets in when I look ar those pictures. I remem er saying things like wow that camera makes me look big instead of being real. I would hide behind everyone and only show my face cause everyone always said what a cute face. Thats all behind me now and I take pics all the time. Cant let life pass you by you gotta capture the moments and face our realities
  9. Its very hard to write about not losing weight especially when everyone else is. Dont be discouraged it WILL come off in time. As others stated perhaps get a better picture of your consumption and your physical activity. I recently joined Weight Watchers to help. Dont give up... Hang in there.
  10. Wow... I am glad you survived. Theres alwaysa chance when
  11. My startiing weight was around the same now I am down over 175 pounds. Nothing to be nervous about just follow the instructions pay attention to your body.
  12. My feet are still big although I went from a 12 WW to a regular 12. I am praying for an 11 I still have a lot more weight to lose.
  13. Me too but sounds like you had a rough road
  14. What does the acronymn NSV stand for? Obviously a good thing lol. Like when I couldnt wait to get into my leather coat that was 5 sizes smaller only to find it was too big in a few weeks. I started out much heavier at but noticed the weight when I dropped the first 60 pounds.
  15. My periods seem to be worse with the 100+ weight loss. I have never tried tampons but will look for the U by Kotex and will hopefully get some relief from the messy mess. Thanks for sharing Nurse.
