  1. I tend to agree with Georgia on that being to little calories.. Really I think one of the most important aspects of this method is to have the "resting" period between meals... Oh and I sent you a pm about the group.
  2. ^ this^ And furthermore, as I said before.. In the USA, Everything that happens during the care of a patient is documented. And available to the family. And the death of a patient is reviewed by the hospital and the state. Also if that death is caused by a complication from surgery? It gets investigated. The answers for Rox's family are not coming as easy..

  10. I thought I had at least partially explained what I thought the answer to your dilemma was with the sizing thing... Ok...an analogy! If you take fifty gallons out of the ocean and take fifty gallons out of a swimming pool which one do you think you will notice more?? Mass! It's all about mass! You will eventually see it! Trust me if you continue to lose weight it will eventually show! It took me 35 pounds or so to even think about wearing a new size...

  13. Ditto.. Why not take joy in the accomplishment you have achieved? Why did you have this surgery? Was it to become healthy and move through life with ease or was it just to obtain a number on a chart?
