This is major surgery and things can go wrong it not a cute little spa day to get rid of a few extra pounds this is the last stop. The final resort. To be done after all other avenues have been exhausted. Am I skinny?? Some would say yes. In fact some would even call me a skinny bitch

Good for you! I'm glad you took the time to truly take care of yourself Oh yes the voice! It still talks to me sometimes.. All or nothing? I very occasionally get wooed by the voice and fall off the wagon. But the thing that I realize now is that I don't have to have the all or nothing mentality.
