  1. Wow, that is very interesting. I've read a couple of articles, and it sounds like Moringa is a miracle plant with a lot of uses. Thanks for sharing!
  2. I bought GNC pro performance amp Protein supplement, amplified wheybolic extreme 60, does anyone know if its a good protein supplement to take?
  3. Feel free to add me too....darnmonica.
  4. I have no idea, I'm just sticking to the plan and plugging along, it has to stop eventually. Good luck on your surgery!
  5. That is definitely what I am going to do next time.
  6. I've lost 18 pounds since I came home from the hospital, I'm now in the 3 week stall I've read so much about. I'm not hungry at all, which is crazy because the amounts of food I can eat is so small compared to what I used to eat. I feel great though.
  7. I am doing so much better, the two first days were hell for me, but now it's getting better everyday. My dr gave me rx for the Zofran pills to put under your tounge, and they worked great, thank you all that suggested that. I am ready for the next adventure in my life
  8. Thanks, I will ask for a sublingual pill. I'm getting zofran every 4 hour, it helps some, I also have a patch being my ear, not sure what it is called. Thank you for your encouraging words.
  9. Surgery went well, but the pain and nasea afterward is awful. Had to spend the night in icu because of nasea and slow heath beat. Still very naseaous, hope it will go away soon. Please tell me it does. I'm feeling a little sorry for myself now. Just want these days to be over, so I can enjoy being sleeved.
  10. Hi, my surgery is 2/20 and I'm getting so nervous about it too. I'm so afraid something will go wrong or that I won't be able to lose the weight. I have a million thoughts running wild in my head. Like others have said, I think it is normal. Good luck to you,and me on our new journey.
