Any Good Recipes For Chocolate Protein Powder?
I've finally perfected my personal favorite Protein shake :-) & now I shall share it with all of you If you love coffee + chocolate… Enjoy! chocolate Classic® Mocha Shake (or Iced Coffee): •8oz 1% milk •1 scoop Chocolate Classic Unjury® Powder (can be purchased online @ www.Unjury.com) •1 1/2 Tbps. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (I use Hershey's®) •2 Tbps. Decaf. Instant Coffee (1 1/2 Tbps. for a weaker coffee taste) •5 Splenda® (4 if using 1 1/2 coffee) •Add Ice to cup until full (I use a beverage blender, it works best in my opinion) Blend until ice is smooth, but don't over blend or your drink will be liquid)...if it is liquid add ice cubes afterwards & it's still a delicious iced!!! Let me know how you like it, if you try it ♪♥D'Anna♥♪

Excellent Choice Of Bariatric Surgeon- Dr. Roc Bauman (Concord, Nc)
I recommend my surgeon, Dr. Roc W. Bauman, he's excellent!!!! He's very serious about my care & his patients! He's the Doctor of Carolinas Weight Loss Surgery in Concord, NC. He practices as Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery @ CMC Northeast. He is accredited & his practice is considered a "Center of Excellence". Over 2500 surgeries with positive results. He personally offers free info sessions at his office...it's on the website when they're having a session. I think it's worth the time & they're very informative!!! Worth taking a listen to, especially if your in search of a surgeon or information!!! There's no obligation, it's just to educate YOU! WEBSITE: www.carolinasweightlosssurgery.com Hopeful this is helpful to those in NC area. I honestly wouldn't have considered a doctor without a rating like his. ***BE SAFE & REMEMBER TO DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! CWLS Office # 704-403-7580 His staff are awesome too! TAKE CARE Ms.DLH

Any Good Recipes For Chocolate Protein Powder?
@Summer, Unjury is good. I didn't care for the strawberry sorbet. The chocolate classic & vanilla are good, splendor is really sweet. & Unflavored is good for mixing w/ foods/soup.
