Ok I just made my first bariatric advantage chocolate protein shake n am not sure if I made it right.....I used 2 scoops per 8oz of water....is tha 2 scoops right or is it supposed 2b 1 scoop per 8oz....plus r we supposed 2 drink tha whole 8oz per meal.....is that what our meal plans mean.....sorry I kno these r dumb questions :-\

Sleeved on 10/23...lost 17lbs!!!!!!! Super excited n so motivated to get it allllllll OFF....tha week of nothing but fluids SUCKED but def worth it...I'm so grateful 2 have this awesome life changing opportunity good luck everybody:)!!!!!!

My Dr didn't put me on any type of diet pre opp either...the only thing I had 2 do tha day b4 tha surgery was eat a light breakfast n then fast tha rest of tha day.....n I did gr8 in surgery:)

Vegas I'm post opp n am on that same strict liquid only diet had my surgery 10/23 n I'm not only going CRAZY but I'm also STARVING!!!! u should b very proud of yourself:)

I agree w the others.....2 me the sleeve is definitely something I don't mind sharing about...I'm very proud of making the decision 2 get it so that I will b able 2 have a better healthier life not only 4 me but my 4yr old daughter....2 me I should b more ashamed of the over weight person that I have become n that everybody has seen

I just had mines October23 .....is everybody else still having what I think is pain from the air in my stomach???+

Tha Dr hasn't put me on all that yet...I start that stuff on thurs when I go in 4 my appt.....tha broth is starting 2 disgust me

I just had the sleeve done on 10/23/12 my Dr has me on a strict fluid diet that is broth, sugar free jello, water,or crystal light.till this coming Thursday....I feel like I'm starving....is this normal????
