Never Made A Protein Shake

Ok I just made my first bariatric advantage chocolate protein shake n am not sure if I made it right.....I used 2 scoops per 8oz of water....is tha 2 scoops right or is it supposed 2b 1 scoop per 8oz....plus r we supposed 2 drink tha whole 8oz per meal.....is that what our meal plans mean.....sorry I kno these r dumb questions :-\

    Depends on what shake product you are using. There should be directions on the packaging. Some of my shakes are 2 scoops for 8 oz, some are 1 for 5-6oz. Some you can "bulk" up and do 2-3 scoops if you need more calories.
