Hello, My surgery is tomorrow and I'm nervous. I'm also afraid I will have a lot of loose skin. Anyone here 5'8 and weight around 260-270 and doesn't have much loose skin?

Does he know that you had the surgery? I've been speaking to a guy and he knows how I look because we met 5yrs ago and always kept in touch via FB and IG but now we speak everyday but I don't want to hang out until after my surgery which is this Monday the 8th..he doesn't know I'm having surgery tho. I want to hang out when I've lost a few pounds and feel better about myself.

I was just told by the insurance company that I was officially approved..now I'm nervous and keep thinking what If something goes wrong does anyone know how long the surgery is?

So I was too impatient to wait for Thursday and I called the insurance company and I was told it was approved!!! I'm excited but mostly nervous! What if something goes wrong

I'm doing a two week diet which consist of small portions of specific foods. I have to do the liquid diet on Sunday. It does suck though because I already requested two weeks off from work. They aren't aware of what I'm going to do. The anticipation of waiting for the approval or denial is killing me.

I'm also scheduled for April 8th but haven't been approved yet. In afraid I'm going to be denied. The coordinator said he wouldn't worry that he's sure I will be approved. But I'm always negative about stuff so I'm thinking what if I'm the first case ever that has been denied. he told me to call him Thursday that he should have an answer by then

I finished my mandatory 6 month pre op checkups n all the necessary blood work. I was cleared by all the doctors. All I am waiting for is a call from the coordinator to set up an appt to meet the surgeon. After that we set an appt date n submit to the ins company. I hope I get approved. If I don't I will hit rock bottom. It's been a very long process. I just hope it was all worth it at the end. My Vitamin D level is low tho. Has anyone been denied because of it?

Well let me say it again u look great! I'm 5'8 at 262. My fear is to have extra skin to the point I would need plastic surgery which I wouldn't want..how did u lose all the weight? Did u also exercise or u lost the 92 pounds Becuz of the sleeve?

I don't think u need to take them out. All they need is to be able to get to ur scull..I was also told to take my nail polish off my middle fingers. But becuz I was told when I got there n not before, I couldn't remove it due to the fact that I do gel manicure. It's not easy to remove it. They were able to put the clip on my big toe instead of on my middle finger
