  1. Elizabethtown, KY- GO CATS!!!! Lol
  2. I am 5 days out and drink decaf coffee with Splenda and milk.
  3. Yay!! Da Ville, lol. How had it been working out for ya? 10 months out now.
  4. Are you having to sleep propped up? I noticed I can only sleep for about 5 hours at a time now and end up being wide awake. I can sleep on my side as long as I am not having issues with heartburn.
  5. Mine is Dr. Greenlee in Lexington. He is an awesome guy! Very sweet. Bowling Green is only an hour south of me
  6. Wow no stall, that is awesome! How much weight did you end up losing altogether. I have lost 16lbs so far in the past 8 days and had my surgery on Monday. Since I got Home on Tuesday I have lost 10 though, must of had a lot of water built up. I would like to reach my goal by May 2014 which would be 119 more pounds. I am currently 259.
  7. Had no idea there was another one, ha. I am from Elizabethtown but I traveled to Lexington because I heard nothing but good things from that group. I got sleeved at Saint Joseph East- Center for Weightloss. How long have you been Post-Op?
  8. Hey guys, trying to find some Kentucky sleevers. If not then anyone is welcome my name is Tiffany and I just recently got sleeved on February 11th. Feeling pretty good other then all the heartburn. If you have myfitnesspal then add me tiffy0485. Really looking forward to chatting with you.
  9. Hey everyone, I was sleeved on the 11th and they released me from the hospital the next day. I have had nausea and heartburn and had the doctor call me in some Zofran today. Just in case I have another issue like last night. Other then that I walk around and feel pretty good. 1/30- 275lbs 2/6- 271lbs.. Didn't get weighed on my surgery date which was 2/11. 2/13- 262lbs
  10. I had surgery yesterday and they let me go home today. The hubs and I are sitting at Walgreens right now to get my prescription filled. Ready to get home... It is an hour and 45 minute drive. Yuck. I am just tired and a little sore.
  11. It doesn't matter if I don't drink or anything for 30 minutes, it still happens. I guess I will be asking the doctor whenever he comes in today. It's just weird, I have "foam" come up after water. 30 seconds later it is coming back up. I just don't see how this is normal like the nurses say.
  12. I had the sleeve yesterday and only got to have ice chips all day. Well today they started me on clear liquids. My questions is, whenever I try to nod off and sleep I keep waking myself up and slightly choke on whatever is in my stomach. He nurses say it is normal to spit up but is it normal to constantly wake up to it? I mean I can't sleep!
  13. Same here!!! Lol. Less then 2 days for us. Do they have you on an all clear diet right now?
  14. I am taking 4 weeks off. I have to use short term disability and bought up on it so I can receive 90% of my pay check.. Heck the other 10% is my commute since I drive an hour round trip daily. Monday is surgery day for me!!!
  15. Yay!! 5 days! Crazy huh? I am excited and nervous. How about you?
  16. Well today was my "Bari Boot Camp" and they were okay with the 14lb weight gain. They told me that I was weighed in on October 28th and since I have been dealing with denials for over 3 months they would let it go. Woot Woot, I actually dropped 4lbs since Sunday from dieting so I was happy. Sooo surgery is Monday!!!
  17. I agree, these insurance companies are soooo picky. I swear I cried after every denial and wants to pull my hair out.
  18. Lmao Michelle, I totally called it the "Last Supper" this past Saturday.. Le sigh..
  19. Thanks Britt, that is a huge relief. I don't know how much more I can handle with denials at this point. I may go all Britney Spears and shave my head.
