10 days post op (its HARD)
Your still healing s don't overwork yourself. Try the soups for another week and sees how it feels after that. It gets better every day so just hold on for a little while longer.

Wine?
Its different for everyone..personally I had a burning feeling as it went down. I found the more my drinks were watered down , the more I enjoyed them. Take it slow and decide for yourself, one or two days of enjoying the holidays and new sleeve in not a going to set you back.

My Final Diet Plan
Its truly a blessing to be sleeved, all the hoops your jumping thru now will pay off big. I was sleeved in Oct. and have not regretted one moment.

Do/did you exercise?
I would, at the very least, try to walk an hour 3 days out of the week. If you can, try light weights on the days you don't walk. This is a lifetime condition so take it on your own pace but do try maintain some sort of routine.

My Head Isn't Keeping Up
Go ahead and hold onto them for a month and see how they fit then, you'll be very surprised!

Head Hunger
fortunately it really curved my head hunger and my stomach lets me know when I'm really hungry (I get light headed and a ugly drained feeling) Its different for everyone but it will take time to understand your body as you progress.

Exercising (Cardio) After Surgery...
I would give it 2 weeks, see how you feel out there and slowly increase. Its not a marathon so don't go crazy until your ready.

How Did You Deal With The Fear Of Being Put To Sleep?
I was nervous myself since I had never been under. Trust me, its like everyone's saying on here, before you even realize your getting sleepy you open your eyes and your post-op!

4 Days Post Op- No Hunger Yet
It gets better, just make sure you get your vitamins and as much liquid as you can. I still have trouble eating and I'm almost 6 weeks out. Food just has no appeal to me whether its the texture or taste.

Week One Loss
Its your first week, worry about getting healed first. Trust me, it will fall off before you know it and fast.

Yeah its normal but its gets slowly better each day. My issue is I can't get this dryness off the back of my tongue and the more i drink, the more I obviously fill up before quenching thirst.
