  1. I am not judging anyone because in the end I truly don't care if a person tells the truth or if they do not because it is their preference. And I am thinking with the overweight person in mind. Am I judging anyone, no, but I am giving my opinion on how that could be misleading. So please miss me with your last statement.
  2. Regardless of how an individual chooses to cope with what they are saying, it is still a lie... Lying by omission. Had you not had your tool, do any of us think we would have dropped that amount of weight in such a short time... NO! I wouldn't have been to survive on 400, 600, 800 calorie diet. It is your choice whether you choose to share because it is your biz, but I guarantee you that if most of those individuals who choose to omit their "tool" lost weight the conventional way, you wouldn't be able to shut them up! So why play down the sleeve, as if you are doing it by yourself. If you don't want to disclose the full truth, don't say anything. At least you would not be setting someone up whose trying to lose a significant amount of weight up for failure. Just my thoughts.
  3. There is a thread on here about stalls... Something like going back to basics that lilmissdiva started... Search for that, it seems to help out a lot of people. Congrats on your weightloss so far and you look great! Best wishes!
  4. Just do a little research on these boards and the Internet, you will see that those areas are safe. No difference to the crime and such in the US.
  5. I know that you aren't interested in going out of the country and neither was I until I started doing my research about going to MX. I would say don't limit yourself because you would be surprised at how skilled those surgeons are, especially since they perform the more frequently.
  6. That is amazing, you are doing great! What was your starting weight?
  7. And your workout routine? Promise this is my last question.
  8. I have a copy of a post op diet that is very strict and detailed... I can email it to you if you like... That's what I will follow.
  9. Could you give me a few examples of your meals for several days? And also what your workout routine looks like? I am only a few days out, but want to be about my biz when I start working out? I am aware that everyone results are different, but I want to get a look into an individual's life who is serious about getting their weight off and not eating bad foods less then a month out. Thanks again! You are my inspiration!
  10. Yes there is.
  11. I had my surgery yesterday afternoon. Woke up feeling groggy with some nausea. It was pretty rough I must say...was thinking what I had done to myself, that is how bad it was. I was gagging and spitting up saliva with blood. After doing this felt some relief from my stomach. One of my doctors informed me that alot of AA patients have some nausea because of the anesthesia. Doing a lot of walking which is helping and alot of sleeping hehe. Doctors and nursing have all been great!
  12. What day are you having your surgery?
  13. You get it from the post office and the prices are between 30-55 dollars. You will need to have your birth certificate in order to apply for one. My did not come back in time, so I have my birth certificate and DL.
  14. Will you be going to the hospital today or straight to the hotel.
