I am going to Mexico, Dr. Garcia is my surgeon.

Now that I know when I am going, that's what I will try and do.

That's good. My boyfriend doesn't want me to go alone, but if someone goes with me I will be responsible for their ticket and meals. Still trying to convince him that I will be okay.

I have read several articles against having "the last meal," but honestly I think if I don't do it then later on down the road I might be tempted to. I really enjoy steaks and I will probably go eat at one of my favorite steak houses, Morton's Steak House. I haven't been there in quite some time but am looking forward to having my last meal.

I am being sleeved on Feb 4th. Like most on this site, I have battled with my weight my entire life and am ready to take control!

I haven't been sleeved yet and am wanting to know what works for maximizing the use of the sleeve. Can you tell me what a day looks like for you in regard to meals/ workout?
