  1. Sorry you had such a rough night new, but I'm glad you don't have a leak or anything. I hope things continue to improve for you.
  2. I was told that any liquid protein also counts towards your total 64 oz. of liquid requirement a day.

  17. You look great! You should be very proud. And look at that smile
  18. Have a good lunch and do your 2nd shake for dinner
  19. Don't be surprised if you need to find a new PCP following your surgery. I've heard of alot of PCPs not wanting to treat patients that have had WLS because they are afraid of malpractice if they prescribe something you're not allowed to have. Alot of Dr's just aren't educated in it if it's not in their field. Good luck though!
  20. Good luck. Hope you have a quick and smooth recovery. Let us know how you are doing afterwards.
  21. Congrats! Hope you continue to have a smooth recovery.
  22. Good luck and I hope you have a quick recovery. Hope those arms don't look like pincushions
  23. I don't keep mine a secret either. I know there are alot of people that think it's an easy way out, but I know many people that have had it and it's not easy. You have to work just as hard as you did before hand, but that portion control is key and that's why I'm getting it done. If people want to judge me, that's their problem. Hope I have as much success as you did. Thanks for your honesty and support of others.
  24. I've been told it's better to exercise in the morning because then your metabolism gets a kick start for the rest of the day, and that's coming from a physical therapist.Or just do 10-minute spurts throughout the day. I even do some at work at my desk, and nobody knows I'm doing them.
