  3. We today was the 1st time in 4 weeks I have seen family and they noticed my weight loss. It was exciting to know it was that noticable(I can't see it when I look in the mirror). On anothet note, I haven't been on here much with returning to work. I'm sadden at the loss of lifesavermnt(sp). I hope everyone else is well. I'm on soft foods but I pretty much eat everything. I'm just b taking small bites and chewing chewing chewing. I'm not eating raw veggies, lettuce, bread, Pasta or rice but pretty much everything else. Its going well. My incisions are not sore any longer and hitting gym 3 times a week this week.
  4. My nut said 500 calories. I started a strict diet (soft foods stage). On my work days I am doing 3 shakes a day and eating 2 small high protein meals. So I space it out and over 12 hours I'm having something every 3 hours. I have lost 2# a day while at work. Now when it comes to my off days I will just flip the hours. I am 4 weeks today and I have not hit a stall at all but have sometimes only lost 1# in a week. I don't get frustrated I just know its working off in other places. Today I am down 35# preop, 20# post op op. Average 5# a week not too bad? Well hope all of you are doing well.

  6. I hope not but I'm sure there will be some? Todays weigh in day...4# down for a total of 28# and 12# in 3 weeks. Not bad...I haven't seen 291 in 10 yrs!!! (:
  7. I'm 3 weeks out tomorrow and I have only lost 10# post op!!! I can not tell at all except my clothes are bigger so I look at it as I may not be dropping super fast but as long as I can tell in someway I am ok with that. And usually slow loosers dont loose their hair like fast losers. Stay positive my fellow sleever
