Did things get better for you?

Im not getting in enough protein since most shakes give me heart burn. No clue of what to do:(

Hey everyone... I'm 2 weeks out, and today something strange happened. I woke up today with what I think was a panic attack. My heart started racing, I felt light headed, and like I wanted to pass out. These are the same symptioms as my panic attacks. Could it be that I'm not eating good, low calorie, low protein? Or because I had pb2 mixed in my yogurt? I'm clueless. I'm wondering if the surgery is mesing with my hormones. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Please help...

Hey Im 4 days post op...and have been sucking on popsicles.... Im wondering if i should make water popscicles to make it easier, but im not sure:(

Man!!! I'm so happy that someone else feels beat up besides me! I was over here freaking out. My shoulders are so heavy, its like I cant lift them.

I'm two days post op also.....But I can get down my oral meds by mixing them with a little bit of water.

Are these symptoms getting better for you? It's my turn on tomorrow!!!! LOL
