  1. Sept 9th starting weight 364 cw 304 down 60 lbs!
  2. Atkins strawberry banana cream shakes! They are the best I've ever had.
  3. How much weight did u loose and when did u have surgery?
  4. Go to the er. That doesn't sound right. U just had a major surgery u can play around with that...
  5. I had my surgery on sept 6! Prior to, my mom brought me a treadmill so I started working out before surgery... I had surgery on a Thursday and started bk walking on my treadmill the following Monday. Tomorrow will make two weeks postop. Had my first check up on Monday and down 23 lbs already! With that including the weight ii lost being on the 5 day liquid diet! Exercise is needed in this journey! Your results will be much greater and you'll feel much better!
  6. Everybody is different... I was Sleeved on the 7th of sept and started on my treadmill on mon the 11th! I've been walking everyday and feel really good. I try to keep the speed to a min not going over 2.5 no incline and that works well! My biggest this is the itching from the incisions! It's driving me crazy! Can't out anything on them!
  7. Gas X Strips! They liturally saved me!
