To Msdrea & Tekara - I also like how you put that msdrea - I agree this is harder then I ever expected - my Dr even told me don't make it a habit to always deprive myself of something - eat in small portions & get over the wanting for it & move on back to eating what you know you should... We all here for each other & will all have our ups & downs but be'n determined to come out on top... Best of luck to both of you... Sent from my iPhone using VST- Anyone Start At 240Ish Lbs?

Surgery was 9/12 & that feeling gets better day by day - if it's something a lil thick I still feel it like moving down & sure hope that goes away one day soon but things like soup & etc go down very smooth now... Sent from my iPhone using VST- Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call
I have a question - is anyone still dealing w/ gas pains or left side pain from the bigger incision?? I am & it's really getting on my last nerves... If it wasn't for those 2 things I would feel somewhat normal as far as physically... I walk & do the inhale exhale exercises... Any advice - I do have my 1st follow up appt on Mon morning which I plan to discuss all this w/ the nurse/nutritionist... Sent from my iPhone using VST- Oatmeal On The Puree Diet?
