Sardines For Protein?

I had a can of sardines in water and just looked them up to see the protein in them and saw they have 20g of protein in them but the sodium was high and there was some fat content.

Every food you eat is goin to have some type of fat, my NUT says pay attention to the protein & carbs & try not to do more then 50-60 carbs in a day... Hope that helps some

I love sardines!! Good protein content & great omega3's!! I love them on crackers, but can't have those yet so few more wks till sardines for me :)
