Ugh I know it stinks I'm getting married in less than 6 months too!!!

3 months out (just about) down 66 pounds ... Yay but literally losing my hair in handfuls. I have fine/ thin hair as it is an now there is a definite bald spot on the top of my head. Using biotin, b12 taking in protein and multivitamin what else? I know sometimes it's inevitable but any other recommendations? Thanks!

Can you say yum??? Ordered Bari wise hot chocolate from bariatric choice and it is delish, about 80cal no fat less than 5gm carbs and 15grams protein!! I miss my coffee and hot chocolate this time of year and this really hits the spot!! I purchased a few of the variety packs (about $11) for 7 and love the mint and raspberry chocolate trying the amaretto and its yummy too!

Anyone else having this problem... I was cleared 2 weeks ago for just about anything besides pasta bread corn ect. So trial and error but I have been throwing up at least one meal every other day or so. It just sits there in my throat. Ugh so horrible

I have one between my breasts on my upper abdomen and 4 across my belly button with the largest right above it.... None hurt great placing!

No gum no creamed soups. I am definitely trying to get the shakes down wish I had something else too.

I can't get rid of this head hunger did a 2 week only shakes pre op diet was sleeved 9/11 and did clears (no broth or jello) for 5 days now I'm on that plus 3 protein shakes a day and I'm coming to a wall. I neeeeed to chew on something I would love broth or something full liquid but it's not allowed per my md. Help! All I think about is food and eating I feel like it consumes my day. I can't stand the shakes anymore just thinking about them makes me sick (and I have had no nausea ) and am sick of sipping. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone! I was sleeved the 11th and besides a bit tired I am feeling great. The day of surgery I was really wiped from the anesthesia I remember looking at the clock at 1120 right before I went under and didn't wake up till 2. Eeek needless to say I'm sensitive to meds. The docs and nurses were amazing even the nurses aids I couldn't have asked for better care. They knew I was a RN so maybe I was treated a bit different but I felt like I was cared for by friends. I am on only protein shakes for 2 more weeks ugh what I would do for an egg or soup but not allowed to have anything but those clear sf fluids and sf ice pops no red or purple. Not much excitement! Lol

I am a nurse as well as was sleeved on the 11th also and I am beat. Taking a shower and getting dressed wears me out. I didn't feel like this post op at all maye a day while my body adjusted but we are recovering. I couldn't imagine going back to work yet even just a 'desk job' I can't even think half the time lol. I feel your pain hun.

I was sleeved 9/11 they aren't bad like Charlie Horse when your pregnant cramps but if I sit too long and get up I do feel tightness in my calves not a clot just dehydrated a bit and lack of Calcium and other electrolytes

I had my surgery 9/11 so I'm 4 days out trying to get all my liquids in but I'm sooooo tired. Help! I take a shower and that wipes me out completely. Besides the tiredness and weakness I'm feeling fine!

Surgery for 945 tomorrow still need to pack a bag (can throw it together quick in an right?) get my daughter ready for school and go!!! Yikes can't believe it's already here... Think skinny!!
