  1. Yes I agree, the closer you are to the limit on the scale the more unreliable. I'm finally able to stand on my scale and get one weight multiple times, I've lost 110 lbs, my scale was limit of 310 so I was 40 lbs over. Now it works wonders. That's probably why your kids get reliable weights. Soon very soon, you will get great numbers...
  2. I missed mine by 1lb but still so happy! 14 lbs not too bad!
  3. Hi, my name is Melissa and I'm lazy.....I'm just over 6 months out and lost 110 lbs at my highest I was 347. I have exercised maybe 15 days and that was from Jan 1 -19, then we went on vacation and that was that. I too realize that working out everyday for 1-2 hours is something that I will lose interest in. I understand that is me. I also use the stairs, chase my 3 year old more than ever, walk the dogs instead of just letting them out in the yard, Park father out. Not really the dreaded "exercise" in my mind but healthier living, everyday life and I love it. I know this is not the norm and at my 6 month check my doctors asked me to "work at" getting my heart rate up for 30 minutes 3x a week, so I will try. My name's Melissa and I'm lazy...just no longer a couch potato
  4. I made them yesterday, very good! You could eat them for a sweet bread with pb on it or I put a little taco meat and salsa and folded it. Good also! You can find the nutritional info on the internet oopsie bread or cloud bread....
  5. From what I understand the Pannie is just removal of skin and fat that hangs below belly button and tummy tuck is removal of above and below, and tightening of the muscles as well. I believe this is pretty close, but I'm not a doctor, so if I'm wrong I'm sorry...someone else will either confirm or let us know. Hope this helps and I hope I'm not giving you bad info.
  6. My six month was on the 7th, I'm down 105+ lbs! I cannot believe how well this tool had helped me!

  8. I had my husband put the scale away, somewhere I didn't know. Then he would get it out one day a week. Now after five months I have alittle more control and I just put it in the closet. If it is sitting on the floor I have to get on it then I'm crazy all week. Good luck, the head part is the hardest!
  9. I received one, but usually just taking to a server/manager and they let you order whatever. I do carry it with me all the time. It had my doctors name on it.

  22. I think he was blindsided a bit, then he was worried that his patients would think he was let go for moral or ethical reasons that's what he told us at the meeting. He didn't really know the "divorce" was even coming
