  4. Um well if there just Clear liquids, Jello and whey Protein shakes going into your system you should have some movement; however, your body is in shock and in healing mood so yes, it's normal. However, I did take laxitive after surgey per my Doc instructions to avoid strain and to much backage becuase your still consuming 60 grams of protein a day in liquid form. So I would go with how you feel I was really in pain and maybe my issue or more individual than as a general role becuase prior to surgery I was irregular. Hope this helps!

Totally understand how you feel and I am just past my 2 month post-op and I had a stall the other day but also added weight so depressed; however, I then realized I hadn't gone #2 in eight days! Yikes! So could that be part of your stall regularity? Also, I have decided to only look at the scale on weekly basics because a lot can change in a few days and it's not so stressful for me. Best of luck on your walk to healthy life!
  7. Oh Good Luck and speedy recovery it's going to be amazing! Cheer's
  8. It's a journey well worth your time pre-op diet was supper hard for me but I pushed pasted it by not surrounding myself around food I didn't even cook for my family that week before surgery! Day 3 will be easier and drink lot's of hot tea or hot brooth it really helped me. Life will ge better I'm post-op two months and it's an amazing feeling to be able to walk two miles and not stop every 15 to 20 steps to catch your breath! It will get better and good luck with your journey! Cheer's

  10. Thank you all for being my sounding board feeling better this morning and 2 pounds less! lol I did find and over the counter chewable Fiber supplement which is also sugar free! It's Walmart equate brand and it's compared to Fiber Choice. It's taken a few days to work but I feel so much better now! I did think about adding benifiber to my Protein shakes but it alters the taste and it's a lot to drink so these chewable fiber supplements I think are my ticket to staying regular plus walking my daily two miles around the park! lol Cheer's
