Im done mooing.

I had my endoscopy on the 31st. They found bleeding, infected ulcers, excess acid and a large mass on the wall of my stomach. The ulcers and acid I am not that concerned with. The mass is a whole other story. I am wondering if anyone out there has had any surprises at their appointments? How did it effect your surgery? I included a photo of my yuck for your viewing pleasure lol.

I was snacking on cookies that were supposedly "diet" while at a meeting. I had 8 of them knowing that it was too much. Got back to the car and googled the brand. There is 100 calories PER COOKIE! How the hell is that a "diet" cookie? I feel like my whole day is ruined now.

I still weighed in with a 12 pound weight loss for 2 weeks :-)

Sorry I haven't been on. I work a 10 day rotation and sometimes during the rotation I just don't have time to get to a computer lol. The results from the cat scan were inconclusive so they are sending me to Geisinger hospital for more advanced testing. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive, but it will be worth it.

The serving size was 3 cookies. I want to know how 300 calories worth of cookies is considered diet? I meet with my NUT tomorrow. Now I am scared for my weigh in.

Only if you mix protein powder with it because there is no protein in baby food.

I am sitting here watching my 4 year old picky eater devour tomato soup, made with 1% milk, with toasted cheese (not grilled!). The toasted cheese is made on "light" bread (80 calories for 2 slices) with skim milk cheese (25 calories) and absolutely no butter, fat, oil etc. He doesn't notice a difference at all! Love it! Last night I made sugar free jello (10 calories) and sliced up strawberries (26 calories) and he thought it was the best dessert he had ever had! He prefers rice cake chips over regular chips and fruit over candy. He may be a brat, but at least I have done something right! I have no fear that he will be over 200 pounds in 5th grade like I was :-)

I had to get below a 59.9 bmi before I could have surgery. I am currently sitting at a 58.something! Now I have to have an endoscopic ultrasound (for the mass) and then we will be able to schedule my surgery! I am so damn excited that I can't sit still!!!!

Not sure why every word is capitalized lol.

I don't have the money to use a gym and it's too cold to take my toddler outside for a walk, even if I could handle the temperature myself. What are you guys doing for exercise? I don't have a wii and can't afford one. I am too heavy for the wii fit stuff anyway. I need something free that I can do in my house.

I had the cat scan done on Thursday. I was told that I will get the results next week. Now it's just a waiting game. Ugh. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers :-)

I have my catscan today at 2pm :-) Here's hoping for good news!

It is the size of a golf ball. I am so afraid that it's going to be something terrible. I am a single mother to a 4 year old. My ex is an abusive dead beat. I can't get sick and let the courts give him my son :-(

He doesn't want to biopsy it until they run some other tests first to rule out things it may be. He said he would rather not open it up until he has to. I am pre-op.

I don't know what else I can do to fight my battle against NEEDING all this garbage. Why do I think that I need cake and donuts and ice cream? Why can't I just say NO!!!!!!. Ugh. I really feel like I am fighting a losing battle with a serious addiction. Where do I go to detox from food? Help!

I am 29 and I have never been waxed down there either. OUCH! I have also never had a pedicure, never said no to a sweet and I don't think I have ever been able to see my feet...

I am getting sleeved in the spring of 2013. I am getting married in the summer of 2014. My fiance and I have never had sex. I have had sex before and have a child. He is a virgin. I do not want to have sex with him until I have lost a lot of weight because I want it to be both of our "first time". I figure having sex with an entirely new body is going to be like having sex for the first time all over again. I have a friend who told me that I am nuts, that the only thing that's going to be different about me is that everything is going to be saggy instead of plump. So I guess my question is this, is the sex different after you lose the weight. And keep in mind, I weigh over 400 pounds so there is a lot of weight to lose. I really will be a completely different person!

No one else can love you if you don't love yourself. I found the love of my life when I was 468 pounds. He loves me for everything that I am and nothing that I am not. I can not wait until June 21, 2014 when I become his wife.

I am amused that this has gone from "Is sex different after the surgery" to "should you have sex before marriage".

My best friend is getting sleeved January 7th and I am getting sleeved April 2nd. We sound just like you and your best friend. We met the summer before 7th grade and we were the only fat girls in our grade, so we stuck together. We hated that we were fat, but man we loved to have what we called "fat days" where we just ate everything that crossed our path lol. We had our babies together, we got divorced together, now we are getting on with our lives together. We are getting sleeved together and we are getting remarried a month apart. The greatest thing about all of this is that we have never really planned any of it. It all just always happened together lol. We are very excited to be moving on to this next step in our lives together. She is getting married May 2014, I am getting married June 2014, and I am hoping that our next babies will be born together and be best friends like our 4 year olds are. Having her do this with me makes me feel 1000 times better :-) I couldn't imagine having to do this on my own!

The only department store I have is a mini walmart. The malls are all about 45 minutes away in opposing directions. Good for once in a while, but not for every day. The gas would kill me lol.

Where do you guys get those awesome tickers from that show how much you have to lose?

Also, and this is just me I guess, I don't want his first time having sex to be "fat sex". I don't know about you guys, but at over 400 pounds sex for me is hands and knees from behind and boring. It just isn't possible any other way. There is no thrill in it for me at all. I would like both of us to be able to enjoy our first time together. I don't want that to be the memory of his first time :-(
