The top picture is the picture in my file from the surgeons office which was taken jan 2013 when my journey started unfortunately I had been scedule in May 2013 and atena insurance company denied me for surgery the day before after months of fighting I won!!!!!!! My surgery was aug 7th 2013 it is now January 5 months later 2preop diets and a year from starting journey 30 lbs to go -63 lbs .....Never give up this is what the insurance company hopes u will do,!!!!!! Best movie I ever made no regrets..thank u god..

if your waiting this long you will probably get denied so work on that letter I'm telling u they r doing this so u will give up they lied saying they had no proof of My bmi My high blood pressure high cholesterol They knew damn well they had all the proof there
