Hi everyone, I am 10 days post op. I went one day feeling hungry and used the unflavored unjury, it worked well. I have also tried the chicken soup - I liked it until I smelled it coming out of my pours for 2 days... icky! I tried going back to work 1/2 days last week and my surgeon was not happy with me, I guess my blood pressure went up a bit and it can be dangerous ( i had spleen bleeding during surgery, so its worse for me i guess) I too overdid it a couple days, and am already noticing loose skin on my arms.. I am not sure about that yet, but will try arm excercizes I think. Do you guys have advice about how much weight we are expected to lose per week from here on out? Good luck to everyone, and keep up the good work!!
  2. I am so happy for you. I am still new to this site, and 10 days after my surgery. I am so excited to fit into a chair in public again!! Good luck in your future!
  3. I have 2 weeks to go, and am scared too! I am sometimes embarrassed to tell people Im having surgery - what will they think? A friend once told me that if anyone thinks it an easy way out, they should try going 5 weeks of just liquids! You will find strength, I believe that you wouldnt have made it this far in the plans if you didnt have it in you!
