When I started my journey a year ago I had a NUT that I did not like. When I came for my office visits I would ask who the NUT on duty was if it was the one I did not like I would reschedule.

I go in tomorrow I hope I don't have a lot of pain. But hey they will help me manage it. All the best in your recovery.

Wow glad to hear you are doing better. That is a major concern, my doctor discussed with me. Nicking the spleen could cause major bleeding, that is why they work so hard to ensure the liver is made smaller if we have fatty livers so there's room to see and the retractor does not nick anything either. All the best in your recovery.

Seems like we are all full of it. LOL. What to weigh once empty? Muscle? I hope to uncover a six pack somewhere on the bod. LOL

Centrum comes in a chewable, try CVS, Walmart, Kmart, target, rite-aid, drugstore.com, amazon.com, Walgreens, these stores carry it also try your local market. Not sure about the shakes sorry, contact your nutritionist for accurate information.
