I plan to ask for that during admission. I also told them in pre testing I don't do we'll coming out from surgery from those I've had in the past.

That's how I feel. Can't wait to see the 22nd and have some time off. Lol

My doctor was very blunt. Love this guy. We reviewed my test results and he said I have a fatty liver, and in order to do the surgery and to be safe the 13 day day diet is to bring down the fat content fast. So I will have a 1000 calorie a day diet using slimfast, with the options to have SF Jello or unsweetened applesauce as Snacks.

I have test driven serveral brands of shakes. The GNC Lean 25, does not whey protein isolate as a main component. As for taste it was not bad, I needed it to be super cold. But everyones taste buds are different.

The stomach is able to expand again once healed. Not to be rude, if you think the "stretchy part being cut out" is a sales pitch", why did you have the surgery? I would think that you were shown or seen pictures of what was to be done to your insides. And understand what could happen to you if you did not use the new stomach properly.

I like Splenda.
