  1. I have loose belly skin but I also had four c sections. My inner thighs are horrible and the girls need work lol. I feel amazing and wouldn't change a thing. I love Spanx lol.
  2. Thank you all so much!! Starting weight 327.8 Surgery weight 315 Current weight 210.8 I'm 5'8 My arms were never too big. I workout with five pound weights and found great exercises on YouTube. Also I walked pretty much this whole year at least 30 min daily. I also have a stationary bike. My hubby just bought me an elliptical that I'm learning to love. I don't have a specific routine just try to move daily.
  3. July 5 was my one year surgiversary. I am thrilled with my results. 117 pounds down and only 25 to goal!! [ATTACH]15706[/ATTACH]
  4. Yesterday was my 10 month surgiversary. I'm down 106 pounds and I couldn't be happier!! I hit a little stall and then dropped three pounds this week. Keep pushing everybody.
  5. I am so with you on the collarbones!! I touch them all the time bc it is so weird feeling and seeing them lol.

  7. @nbkeva2 I walk and lift weights. I also have a stationary bike I ride occasionally.
  8. I was on a 7 day liquid diet that after 4 days I was allowed a small meal at dinner. I had a handful of popcorn and that was it!! Lost 12 pounds in that week. Let him know you are struggling. Best of luck.
  9. The sleeve is the main reason. I definitely exercise but it's mainly walking. I do arm exercises with weights and control my eating. My sleeve is very small.
  10. Thank you guys!! I am 5'8 and my starting weight was 327.8. I have had 4 c sections so I am not pleased with my belly but I didn't carry the majority ofweight there. I was all hips and booty lol. My arms are a little jiggly but nothing I can't live with. I am about 50 pounds from goal so I have already contacted a trainer to help me with some toning in addition to what I am doing. Hope that helps

  12. I submitted my pic to Plus Size Magazine (still plus sized and I have lost 85 pounds) and they put it up [ATTACH]8898[/ATTACH] on their Facebook and Twitter pages. Made my day

  17. This surgery amazes me everyday. I am almost 70 [ATTACH]6354[/ATTACH] pounds down and feeling great. My three week stall did not even phase me bc of the great advice I have received from this forum. Over halfway to my goal

  19. Just left my 3 month checkup and I am thrilled. I have lost 55 pounds which is 33 percent of my excess weight. I was also told by my nutritionist that I need to eat more!! For those of you considering vsg go for it. I wish I had done it 2 years ago.
