  1. I am 12 days out and most days I don't get there yet. Today I drank the Unjury protein chicken broth fror breakfast. The problem lies in that I can really only get down 4 oz at a time, so I have to have 2 to make 21 grams of protein. It is hard to get it in when you are not hungry and I hate the clear protein drinks.
  2. Good to hear from you! Glad things are going well for you today. I told my hubby this was by far the easiest surgery I have ever experienced. I feel better everyday and you will too! Glad you are now on the losers bench!!

They come in all night long to check on you and keep up on your meds. Hopefully you will get some rest too Walking the halls helps when you get the gas pains after you get ice chips (tomorrow).

God be with you tomorrow!
  15. Last week at this time was my "night before". I remember the crazy emotions. I did not think I would sleep at all, but I slept pretty well. I know that you will do well. Just don't let the negative thoughts get in your head. Go sit by the pool, if they have one and just let your mind chill for awhile

  23. Welcome, Raulena, It is great to have you here. I am only 5 days out from surgery and I love the fact that I can find so much info here for sleeve surgery. The sleeve is a bit differently than other WLS, so it is great to find a group of sleevers to communicate with. All of going through the same things and helping each other along the journey.
