  4. Hello everyone, I have now 3 months since my tummy tuck. I came out awesome. I don't have enough storage room on my itouch to add another app so I'm able to post up before & after photo, but when I up grade my phone near future I should be posting it.
  5. I have state insurance "not medicaid" but it's almost like it.
  6. I'm having a full tummy tuck May 8th. My plans wasn't to have any type of plastic surgery at this moment in my life, but I'm at risk of developing infection since my tummy is extremely saggy & hanging low. My insurance is covering my plastic surgery tummy tuck. It will make me feel better & more comfortable in my body. I'm not having any other plastic surgery unless my insurance is going to cover it. I'm not made out of money & it's a miracle I'm getting this procedure done. I'm very bless & extremely happy

  9. You seem to be doing everything right. I have a problem with keeping a stall. Yes a stall I'm getting smaller & smaller & I eat as if I just had surgery. I think I have a lot of stress in my life. There was a point in life that I was able to eat more food but now I eat like a 2 year old. I have a small bowl & my kids bowl. If I eat more yes I would vomit. Everything blood & all is perfect in my health wise but I just keep getting smaller. This weight must stop before I look like a skeleton. I'm 5 foot 105 pounds size 00 and I'm not showing off at all. I'm comfortable with my tiny body but how do I stop the scale? I'm not far from being 100 pounds.
  10. I'm 1 year & almost 8 months out. I experience hair lost but it return after 6/7 months. My nails never stop growing. I take once a day vitamin prescription iron & calcium. I haven't regain in fact I'm still losing weight after a year. I'm 5 foot and currently weight 105 pounds.

  12. When I got to about 125/130 give or take I was loving it. Now at 105 I can live w/o it. Plus being separated I don't think about it.
  13. Your not alone. I don't eat pizza daily but I do maybe twice a month. Nothing wrong with that. Control is the only key. I don't except use my self reason being its cuz I feel I'm gonna get like a stick but I do off/on. More walking then anything. Start little by little. Do you like fruits? I love them. So many choices. Fruits it's healthy & fills u up. If u feel sad & depress talk to a doctor medication helps a lot. I take depression medication & I feel great! I'm here for you
