  2. Congratulations welcome to the other side.
  3. I just got a full foil on Tuesday. Sleeved 9/5. I hope its ok. I just thought I wanted it to look good for a little while before it starts falling out.
  4. Thanks. I think I've been pretty good about weighing myself. I've only done it a couple of times since I've been home from the hospital. I was very happy when I got on their scale. It was like xmas. I want to keep that feeling so I'm going to try and hold off.
  5. I just got back from my 2 week post op. I am in stage 4. Omg I'm going to have some tuna when I get home. Down 20lbs from surgery. I'm sure I'm headed for a stall. Cleared to exercise and lift dumb bells. So excited.
  6. It was on my list of liquids. Just the low sodium.
  7. Sleeved 9/5 down 15 since then. I can drink fine. I am hungry I can't tell if its head hunger or what I really miss food. I have my post op appt. Thursday I hope he moves me to stuff like tuna and canned chicken. No pain at all. I really don't feel like I even had surgery. The biggest problem I have is I'm allergic to the gall bladder medicine and have this incredibly itchy rash on my arms and legs. Also I can't sleep. Anyone else have that?
  8. Trader joes soups are the best. I love the creamy tomato.
  9. I've been walking every day just not that far. I don't want to push it. I'm so scared of a leak. Ive been reading that people get even though everything was fine. I feel really good, except not being able to sleep.
  10. I've been reading the posts about walking. I am 10days put from surgery. I wanted to go to my local park in the morning. It's 2.5 miles. Before surgery I walked it almost every day 2xs so 5 miles total. Do you think it would be ok to walk it just once? I feel really good. I don't want to push it.
  11. I was positive too. I was given 14 days of antibiotics and They did the surgery. I have my first follow up next week I hope all is well. I'll find out and post.
  12. Are the slimes with solid food? I'm still on liquids have not got that yet. I did have something like dumping today.
  13. Thanks it passed. I made myself walk even though I thought I was going to throw up. I haven't thrown up at all since the sleeve. I won't do that again. Lesson learned the hard way.
  14. Omg what a mistake. This is how this sleeve is helping but now I'm Freaking out. I got into a huge fight with my mom detail don't matter but I went back to my safe stop. I thought what can I have at mcdonalds that will make me feel better. I got a Michael frape. I said if I put Protein in in ill be,fine. Oh no. I feel sick my nose is running and I'm sweating. How stupid to let myself go back I've been so good for so ling even before surgery. I just tried to stay away from any problems. Now I see I can't do that. Anyway I was sleeved on 9/5 am I ok? I'm embarrassed to call the doctor.
  15. Wow, that's wonderful. I was able to the workout before my sleeve. I've been going crazy waiting to workout.
  16. Great for you. What's your sleeve date. I can't wait to workout.
  17. I just got them too. I hope they, aren't garbage I can't do the shakes anymore.
  18. I can drink a lot ay one time. I'm just a little nervous. I was sleeved on 9/4. I still can't eat much. When I'm eating my yogurt and jellos I can only sobs coupe of bites then wait. Liquids is like I never had surgery. Is this normal? I feel.great had bms fine now, urine output is good, protein strugles but really working on it.
  19. Boston medical center here. Dr Hess. Sleeved 9/4 doing great just dealing with a rash I might be allergic to the gallbladder med. I live in dorchester.
  20. When did you start taking them.after your surgery? I was good no fiber or probiotics until 6 weeks.
  21. I feel great. 3 days in the hospital walked around that nurses desk more than I wanted. Came home and have been getting better and better every day. I just get nervous of how easy it is. I can even cook for my family and not eat. I want to but its not killing me like before with other diets. I made bbq chicken on the grill with potato salad and veggies with salad. I had egg white drop soup. So far so great. I hope it stays this way. Please let it stay this way.
