  1. Hi Everyone. Happy New Year! So my period showed up on 12/29 ended on 1/4. Now it's back. Not a full on period but enough to wear a panty liner. I'm trying not to worry. I emailed my doctor to see if I need to come in before my appt next week. I don't think I'm pregnant. I did have to remind him to grab a condom after I realized he had gone in about 3 times but not all the way. It's too soon right? 12/23-24 intercourse 12/29-1/4 period 1/6 spotting / light period IDK what to think anymore.
  2. First time since surgery 5 months ago and in over a year. But not First 1st time. My cycle is due 1week in January. Things were real intense between us. But I'm still going to the doctor.
  3. Hi everyone, I'm 5 months post-op and had sex for the first time Sunday. Embarrassed to say I began to bleed during sex. I didn't notice until we were finished. I was beyond mortified. I have an appt with my doctor. Has this happened to anyone else.
  4. Hi Everyone! How are you? Surgery went well, my doctor said there was a lil more scar tissue than anticipated. The first night was rough with the waves of nausea, but a little Zofran cleared that up. Got up on Saturday, washed up, went for a walk and I was pooped. Back to bed I went for a few hours until my family came to visit. Took another spin around the hospital floor and I was done for the day...sleep was calling my name. I was released on Sunday and all is going well. I have no appetite but I am making sure I get my fluids and Vitamins in. I'm walking twice a day, no driving yet. I've noticed that if I sit for more than an hour in one spot, I'm a lil stiff and sore when I get up. Yesterday, I braved costco with my dad. Again, I can home and took an hour nap. Each day it's getting better and better. The best decistion I've made was to have the revision surgery! First post-op is in August 1st. I'll keep you posted. Talk to you soon! MsE
  5. Hi Everyone, Friday is the day!!! Band removed and converted to the sleeve. I can't wait to get started on my new journey. Any and all advice, thoughts, comments are welcomed. I'll keep you all posted! MsE

  14. Before my appeal was submitted, they told me I needed to show proof that I was compliant with the diet and exercise portion. I sent in my unofficial transcripts for the yoga & boot camp classes I took. I also included a copy of a HMR food order that was placed. The food lasted forever. Besides the doctor let them know I am having difficulty with food because it's constantly getting stuck and although I exercise at times I do not due to joint pain in my hips and ankles.
  15. Thank you Chuckles. BTW, I have Anthem BCBS...anyone know about there appeal process?
