Just had surgery on 2/3 had pizza tonight because my bf ordered some never again! I feel sick and it is stuck..l no matter how much I chewed it's still there.... This sleeve is no joke!

This is serious Tmi but has anyone got a yeast infection after surgery? I think I have one due to the anti biotics, and my immune system is shot to hell. Thoughts anyone?

If you are drinking juice make sure it is sugar free also check if their are carbs in your protein shake as well?your body is also still retaining water as well.

I'm hoping to lose super quickly.... I went for a walk had some creamy chicken soup " soup at hand" I'm going to save the container so I can warm up my soups and take them with me everywhere I go and it will be convenient for me at work too
