  1. I have christus ins. it's not all said and done yet and i also have a secondary ins covering me so I'm not real sure what my OOP will end up being. I think like 1300 or less. I hope to know for sure soon! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  2. I was thinking at first mine didn't have enough restriction but it does. I just never had a problem drinking at all even after just a few days out. I progressed really well on food phases and like I said really have had no problems. I acually feel more restricted the past 2 weeks than I was before so the sleeve does evolve it seems I would like to lose faster of course but since I was a lower BMI I am destined to lose alittle slower. I also look at it as my skin has time to catch up and each pound I lose WON'T be coming back! I'm half way there in just over 2 months and I feel good! I'm smaller than I have been in several years and I love my sleeve! Sent from my iPhone using VST

  10. I also had Dr Schrapps had surg. 2-6 I have lost 35 total, 24 since surgery and I have about 35 more to go. I havent started exercising consistently yet bit o start my wellness center membership pn the 16th. I really like Dr Schrapps he's just straightforward and to the point but nice also. My surg went well and I have had virtually no problems. Only when I eat too fast and don't chew enuf but even with that I've only thre up twice and those were both this past month. Ask me any questions u want. Sent from my iPhone using VST

  13. We did stop and get out a couple of times,on the way up and on the way back. it was a 5 hr each direction trip with an hour break visiting my MIL then we were on the road to come home. I think it's fine, I just wanted to see if anyone who did have a clot had advice.
  14. I was the same, drinking relatively fast and easy, no problems! even after I was eating some normal foods I still felt like I could eat ok just way smaller amounts. Now I'm 8.5 weeks out and feeling more restriction even when drinking... like last nite I drank about 8 oz of my high protein milk before bed too fast and I had to throw up alittle. So it definitly evolves over time!
  15. I had surg 8.5 weeks ago, and I just rode in the car this past Sunday for about 10 hours. My leg behind my right knee has been hurting for the past 2 days. It's not swelling or ANYTHING else. I called the surg. and he said it's probably nothing to take baby asprin for the next 4 days and keep an eye on it. The problem is I have to ride in the car again tomorrow for about 7-8 hrs total to meet my MIL to pick up my daughter and I will be in the middle of BFE most of the time and alone in the car. I don't know if I should go ahead and get it checked out. I actually work at an urgent care and the Dr. I work with said yes, but surg said just keep an eye on it....ahhhhh what to do????
  16. Sure!!!! We welcome all shorties lol. I will be 8 weeks out tomorrow and down 33 total and 22 since surg. I have 37 more to go! Gaol os 135. I think that righ heck I'm tired and can't add tonite ! Sent from my iPhone using VST

  18. Down 27 total 19 since surgery and 40 from my highest weight. Feeling good looking better I told my Dr I feel like I'm losing sooo slow but he said for my height and weight each pound is about 1% of my excess weight. That made me feel alittle better. Plus I know that most likely unless I eat really BAD that those pounds will never ever come back! 40 til goal Now and I got my free 6 mo membership to the gym that came with my surgery sooo I will be taking advantage of that starting next week ! yayyyy I will be looking much more forward to summer this year! 22. I got into a pair of sz 10 pants that have been hanging in my closet for 2 yrs and I maybe wore them 3 times before I out grew them last time that may seem small but I'm only 5' so I would like to eventually be in a 4-6. I am weighing less now than I have weighed in years. I have lost 30 since I began the vsg journey and 21 since surgery which was 7 weeks ago today. This morning I was 173 goal is about 135.
