- Surgery Tomorrow 10/31!
So I am officially on the no calorie liquid diet until midnight tonight, and I begin my life changing journey at 8 am tomorrow!!!- 10 Day out from surgery and scared
I think you need to realize its ok to feel a range of emotions before any surgery, and especially in a life changing one. We are about to enter a new unknown to us, but that's where we have to trust those who've gone before and our skilled surgeons. We need to keep in touch with those who will lift us up when we need it and just listen when we need to talk. Family and friends are a good resource to cope, but this site is where we find people who know exactly what we've been through from pre surgery weight issues to our jitters and issues after. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, and I have a sneaking suspicion that as we go through our weight loss phase your confidence and self assurance will soar. Here's to reaching for the stars!!! Best wishes!- 10 Day out from surgery and scared
