Is only 100 calories per scoop and 0 carbs and 23 g of protein . No sugar. I'm very careful with my calories hun :smile1: I track them daily . I will find a picture so you can see the can :smile1: is really yummy

I don't know if lost weight with the citrate ,I did not weight myself after and they did not weight me in the day of my surgery which was the next day =)

I am pretty sure the weight will come off Yes we have rough days, we always have stalls,is part of this process. You are doing awesome so far You CAN do this ,Good luck sweetie!

I am almost 3 months post op and I am satisfy with 2 oz of meats etc :smile1: Your life won't be the same after surgery :smile1: Yes you can still be hungry a little but you will be surprise with the amount you are going to eat and get satisfy :smile1:
