  1. Ok so of course they did surgery on my stomach and not on my brain and prior surgery I was a huge sweets eater, cookies, candy etc Now after surgery ,I am trying to make better choices of course. I still have 1-2 cookies a week or so. But I am finding ideas to satisfy my sweet tooth without hurting my weight loss progress. So I started adding crystal light to my water and 1 pack of Truvia to my fresh pineapple. Does any one would love to share any ideas? I wonder how many post op sleevers on here STILL love sweets and what kind of suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance =)

  4. I just went to Sam's club and I got my favorite turkey ground I used 1lb of turkey ground 1 can of diced tomatoes ready for chili ( great Value brand from walmart ) 2-3 tsp of chili powder 1 pack of mild chili seasoning onion powder to taste garlic powder to taste 1/2 of one onion chopped 1 cup of Water or beef broth Brown turkey meat and add onions then transfer that to a regular pot,add the rest of the ingredients and let it shimmer for about 20-25 minutes if you like to add a bit of more broth or water you can,it depends how you like the consistency. Is a simple recipe I found online lol and I added some fat free kraft cheddar cheese on top

  17. I think you are doing good, try to track your calories, sometimes that helps. How much cardio are you currently doing? They recommend about 35 minutes 5-6 times a week to speed your weight loss. This could be walking fast or jogging/running. I always have to put on my mind that we did not gained this weight overnight. It took us years to put weight on and the lbs are not going to vanish in 1-2 months. I think you are doing great :)
  18. I am only 3 months out and I am going to wait 1 year post op. That is what they usually recommend. I am starting to have some lose skin on my belly and arms. And my boobs are not perky anymore ,well they were not the same anyway right after I gave birth lol But losing weight so rapidly is not helping them either. So I am considering a breast augmentation with a lift and some lipo on my future
  19. Love the jeans They look so comfy You look great!!
