  1. When I applied its was 2 extensive psych evals, two-three different health issues. Documented weights the last 5 years. Nut visit, support group meeting and 10% weight loss before they would appove. Dont give up it paid off in the end. Had my surgery and at goal. :-)
  2. I use highest weight Sept 2012 and surgery weight 4-30-13 HW 304 SW 271 Current weight 171. I had to loose 10% of my highest to qualify for surgery as required by my insurance.
  3. I think I will start lunges or toning to help with this. :-)

  5. Your are my inspiration! :-) HW 304 SW 271 4-30-13 & now 171 CW med top but 12/14 size pants. Never thought I'd loose my bertha booty but I did. And it feels great at almost 6 months out. You look fabulous! :-)

  8. Ive noticed some of my relationships changed some are better. Some are worse but sometimes in life you realize not everyone comes into your life to stay the entire life time. :-)
  9. Great job on your weight loss! People sometimes notice and just dont know what to say. Stay focused you can do this. :-)
  10. Go back to the basics, focus on each day and each meal. You can do this! :-)
  11. Mine is thinning but I keep it braided a lot. I am almost 6 months out. :-) But from what I have read it will grow back.
  12. I have heard a lot of compliments some off the wall. Some want to know my secret, so I tell others, some I don't. But I consider who it is coming from. :-) Have a great day all!

  15. Usually the surgeons office gives a list of local ones. Well we have one here on Saturdays once a month but here is about 45 min to 1 hour away. But support group is so important. Send me a message if you are interested. :-)
