Afraid I wont make it
I had surgery 6/3. Lost 15lbs pre-op and 5lbs during the 2day clear liquids..I have lost 45 lbs since surgery. I'm a little over 5 months out and I'm afraid I'm not going to lose all I need to. I have only lost 5 lbs in last 2 months. No loss in last 3 weeks. I'm trying dilligently to log and to control my carbs and protein. I recently ordered the zumba dvd's hoping they will arrive today and going to try that. I feel great but also kinda bummed thinking if this is all I can eat I should be smaller if you know what I mean..I'm trying to keep my calories under 1000. I noticed they were up to about 1200 at times when eating too many carbs mainly in the form of trail mix. I'm amazed at all the calories and carbs in that. I guess thats why I like it so much.

Anyone Have Big Stall and At What Point? 3months out
I lost steadily until the end of 3 months..then I stalled for like 6 weeks..I am a little over 5 months out and have only lost 5 lbs since Sept. 7 but when people havent seen me for a couple of weeks they ask how much more I've lost..I keep getting told I'm looking thinner which is nice and yet frustrating since I cant see it on the scale. I am trying hard to get back to basics and logging. Hoping for a big loss this week.

3 months post op and hungry
I am 5 months postop and I am also hungry every 2-3 hrs...but after talking to tiffykins on here I'm thinking its related to my food choices and too many carbs..so I am going back to basics and cutting out as many carbs as I can and eat protein only for a few days..I'm as hungry as I ever was I just cant consume much is all.

I also had diarrhea violently I might add for about 12 days until I decided to try Benefiber. within 2 days mmy diarrhea was gone. I now have some constipation but I prefer that. LOL If I go without my fiber I start right back into the diarrhea again.- June 2010 Sleevers...JUMP ON BOARD THE LOOSERS WAGON!
June 3 for me...less than 24 hrs to go- being sleeved on thursday

I am having surgery in 9 days and spoke with my surgeon about this yesterday and he uses 34fr on women and 36 on men. He says anytime he has used a 32 he has regretted it due to complications.- 9 days and counting
I finished my pre-op class yesterday and feel very ready..or as I told them yesterday about as ready as I think anyone can feel...so many emotions you cant even describe them all...I feel confident I'm doing the right thing and yet I also at times second guess myself..I worry about the after..what ifs with complications and what if I dont lose and on and on..LOL I hope I'm not the only one...- Frustrated!!!!!
Do you even have to have a letter from your PCP? I did not. I just went to a bariatric surgeon. The surgeon preferred my PCP be on board but was not required. I didnt tell my PCP until after I was approved.- 3 months post op
Thanks so much for your post. I have surgery in 2 weeks and the second guesses just keep coming..So glad to hear you would do it again.. - not a fun topic but.....
