The only problem im having and maybe its normal is my stool in very watery (brown) and lots of noise from my stomach, steady and loud. 6. I didnt tell most of my family either till I was already on the way. Some found out the day of the surgery. Not because they wouldnt have supported me but because you know going to mexico and all, there would have been nothing but worry. Fromheadtotoe I know how you must feel as I just had mine done last week and i was close to cutting my losses backing out but after the support I got from here I did it and feel great after 5 days.... I dont even feel like nothing was really done except im full and loosing weight :thumbup1:
  7. Well its finally done. Im sleeved. Tue nov.10 first day of a new life. Since I started the pre op diet on oct 25 till today (sunday nov 15) I have lost 29lbs.:crying: I saw Dr.Alvarez in Mexico. I have had no pain and no problems so far. No acid problems that I hear others having. Im probaly not getting enough water but im trying. Im just full all the time. I think Dr. Alvarez is a super nice guy and very profesional. I would rate my experiance with the whole thing a 10 / 10
  8. I drank the "boost" drinks and "ensure" also I drank the powder Whey drinks. It wasnt so bad. Right now im on the 1 week of clear liquids post op and have been drinking those "protine bullets" because they are clear. Now that is a terrible drink. I almost threw up a couple times I bought 3 weeks supply and as it turns out I only needed about 10 days at the most. Dont know what to do with the rest :crying:
