Hey Everybody BigMike checking in with a update for all--banded March 29th--down 57 pounds-go in for my first fill tomorrow.I need it to I am starting to feel like I can eat way to much and get away with it.Been jogging-walking a mile 1/3 3 days a week and it feels great. Update--went to see the doc for the first time today,also first time being weighed since before being banded started 364 doc made me get down to at least 350 before day of surgury-made that 342-weighed in today 327. 37 pounds lost so far,and I cant stand jello anymore.Got to some mashed taters for dinner tonite.

2 Q's----I am a belly sleeper,I am a full week since being banded I still feel weird trying to go back to sleepin normal,been sleepin on couch for a week,forgot to ask doc when it would be o.k. to go back to sleeping normal.----also forgot to ask when can have sex.
